
Jim Lampariello - President/Managing Partner 
Jim recently celebrated his 35th anniversary in the sports marketing business. He is one of the top sports marketing consultants in the Northeast. The 1974 Seton Hall University graduate began his career as a sports writer for The Daily Record in Morristown before joining the Rutgers sports information department and the sports publicity department at Seton Hall. He was an integral part of Seton Hall's admission to the BIG EAST Conference and was so recognized in the University's Athletic Hall of Fame and as a recipient of the O. Lawrence Keefe Award.

Jim spent 18 years with the New Jersey Nets (NBA) first as the Director of Public Relations and would finish his tenure as the team's Executive Vice President/Administration. During his Nets tenure, Lampariello oversaw the entire business operation including sales, marketing, public and community relations, broadcasting, human resources, and game operations. He was responsible for several key negotiations including an important Nets cable television deal that allowed for the eventual formation of the YES Network with the New York Yankees and the team's profitable multi-year radio agreement with WOR. He remains a part-owner of the YES Network.
Lampariello joined former Nets President Michael Rowe at Positive Impact, Inc. in 1999. He served as the Executive Vice President/COO of the sports and entertainment management group for four years, managing the business operations and client relationships, before forming a sister company Positive Impact Partners in May 2004. Jim lives in Nutley, New Jersey with his wife Maureen and has three sons.

Dave Popkin - Vice President/Partner 
The Jersey Shore native was graduated from the University of Miami (FL) in 1993 and jumped right into the world of minor league baseball. He handled broadcasting, sales, marketing, and public relations roles for the Sioux City Explorers, Iowa Cubs, and El Paso Diablos over five seasons. Dave was one of the top ticket sellers for the New Jersey Nets (NBA) for a five year stint in the 1990's. He helped launch the New Jersey ShoreCats USBL team in Asbury Park, NJ before doing the same for the Newark Bears Professional Baseball Club in 1999. Dave called the Bears games on radio for two seasons and served as the Assistant General Manager responsible for media and community relations, sponsorship sales, and game entertainment. He has lived through the birth of five different expansion franchises. Popkin joined Michael Rowe and Jim Lampariello at Positive Impact Inc. in 2001 before becoming a founding partner of Positive Impact Partners in May 2004.

In addition to over 15 years of business and marketing experience, Dave has served as a play-by-play announcer and color commentator for various teams and networks including: ESPN Regional Television, Seton Hall Basketball on 77WABC, Northeast Conference Basketball on MSG, and CN8. He resides in Nutley, New Jersey with his wife Cindy.

Keith Meyers - Senior Vice President 
Keith joined Positive Impact in 2009 after nearly 30 years of administrative experience in the upper echelons of NCAA Division I college athletics, including positions at Georgetown, St. John's and Seton Hall University.

While his diverse background includes many years of intercollegiate opperations and financial management, for the decade prior to joining Positve Impact Partners he served as the Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Marketing at Seton Hall where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of all the Pirates' marketing efforts, including their annual media, advertising and branding campaigns. He directed all sponsorship and ticket sales activities, and managed the University's relationship with their arena partners, Continental Airlines Arena (currently the IZOD Center) and Prudential Center. Keith received his undergraduate degree in Government from Georgetown University. He, his wife Maria and their three children reside in Englewood, New Jersey.

Ed Schwartz - Senior Vice President of Operations 
Ed joined Positive Impact Partners in September 2008 bringing a diverse background in business management and operations, as well as education, to the company. His experience and expertise have been valuable in providing direction related to the organization and growth of small companies.

Prior to joining Positive Impact Partners, Ed spent seven years at ReadyMinds, a leader in the field of distance career counseling. At ReadyMinds in the capacity of Vice President of Operations, Ed assisted in developing the organization from its inception to a nationally recognized organization. Prior to working at ReadyMinds, Ed was instrumental in growing a New York based apparel company into a highly successful, multi-million dollar organization, eventually becoming the Senior VP of Operations of the company. Ed began his career working at Seton Hall University serving as the Assistant Director of Admissions. At Seton Hall, in addition to recruiting and evaluating potential candidates for admission to the University, Ed worked closely with the athletic department in their efforts to attract student-athletes to the University.
Ed received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Syracuse University and holds a Master's degree in Counseling/Student Personnel Services from Seton Hall University. He lives in Briarcliff Manor, NY with his wife Emily and two children.

Kayla Devlin - Manager of Marketing and Partnerships 
Kayla joined Positive Impact Partners in May 2009 upon graduating from Rider University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership. A student-athlete at Rider, Kayla was a four-year starter for the Women's Soccer team, leading the Broncs in goals for the 2008 season. [+/-]
In her position, she assists in the production and execution of key marketing concepts for several of our accounts including: Seton Hall Basketball, Team Walker, The Scholarship Fund for Inner City Children, Montclair State University, JAG Physical Therapy, and Saint Peters Athletics.
She plans to pursue her MBA in marketing starting Fall 2010.
